Spenta is a sole proprietary concern owned by Mr. Maneck E. Davar.

Proprietor, Executive Editor & Publisher: Maneck Davar has over 30 years experience in print journalism and publishing having written for and worked with major Indian newspapers and magazines - The Times of India, Indian Express, Statesman, Midday and India Today. Maneck has also been, in his long career, the assistant editor of the national weekly Blitz, city editor and chief reporter of the Mumbai newspaper Daily, editor and publisher of the law magazine Lex et Juris, and editor and publisher of Gentleman Group of magazines.

Director – Printing Business: Minoo Davar has over 20 years of experience in the print business and is highly skilled in production and supply chain management.

Director – Marketing & Sales: Geetu Rai heads the Marketing & Sales function in Spenta Multimedia. With over 15 years of experience in the media industry, Geetu has been with Spenta since inception and played a key role in the growth of Spenta publications.

Vice President – Events & Alliances: Anuj Mehndroo has recently joined Spenta Multimedia. He brings over 12 years of extensive experience in Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, Business Development and General Management in a variety of cutting-edge industries like Cigarettes, Beverages, Telecom and Media.

Head, Online: Viraf B. Hansotia heads the Online Media Unit and has over 12 years of experience in the Information Technology sphere.

Head, Business Development & Digital Media: Asheeta Bhavnani has recently joined Spenta to facilitate new product and service lines in the digital and print media space, bringing her previous experience in global telecom and ICT projects from the World Bank.

Head, Design: Rishita Patel has been with Spenta almost from inception. A talented designer, Rishita today heads the design function at Spenta.

Art Director: Parvez Shaikh has recently joined Spenta Multimedia. He has vast experience in art direction, having previously worked in advertising.

Senior Editors:

Simar Preet Kaur is the Chief Features Editor of Jetwings Domestic and Jetwings International. She has been with Spenta Multimedia since 2005.

Anaita Vazifdar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a specialization in Management along with a graduate Diploma in Travel & Tourism Management. She also holds a Post-graduate Diploma in Journalism from the London School of Journalism. Anaita has been with Spenta since 2006 and is currently functioning as Managing Editor, HAIR.

Tanmoy Goswami holds a first-class master’s degree in English Literature from St Stephen’s College, Delhi University. Tanmoy is the Managing Editor of The Smart Manager and Insignia – the UTV World Movies magazine.

Reshma Jain has been with Spenta for three years, and is currently the Managing Editor of Marwar magazine, one of Spenta’s largest circulated consumer magazines.

Zainab Barodawala holds a first-class master’s degree in English Literature, and is the Managing Editor of the B2B magazine ‘Liquid’, HDFC Bank’s ‘Imperia’ and other custom publications.
