Hair in India will be targeted at two segments – beauty salons and the individual reader in Class I towns and above.
The Hair reader will be primarily the modern Indian woman. Well-educated, aware, confident, she is a career woman, self-employed entrepreneur or full time home maker who retains her own sense of identity and aspires to live a fulfilled life. She is no longer bound by the shackles of social norms and is willing to experiment with and assert her femininity and sexuality, while retaining a sense of Indian culture and style.
